Melbourne Cup horses after arriving at Flemington Racecourse before the running of the 2015 Melbourne Cup. Pictured is Red Cadeaux (Cadeaux Genereux - Artisia) who broke down shortly before the winning post. He injured a fetlock and was taken to Werribee Veterinary Clinic where he was operated on. The injury thankfully is not expected to be life threatening. He was ridden by Gerald Mosse and trained by Ed Dunlop.
